Perfectly delicious healthy blueberry muffins

These are the best muffins. It's hard to believe they are healthy.

2 mashed ripe bananas
3/4 cup coconut milk
1 egg
1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup ground flax
1/3 cup RAW sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
grease or line 12 cup muffin pan

Mix all the wet ingredients including the bananas in mixer. In separate bowl mix the dry ingredients and add to wet all at once. Mix only until blended. Do not over-mix. Fill prepared pan and bake for 15-20 min.
